Body
Because your nervous system feels fried
How I work
Most approaches look at one part of you: your thoughts, or your hormones, or your stress. I look at how your body, mind, energy and cycle affect each other, and build each session around what you need. There’s no fixed programme. Just you.

Your mental, physical and emotional capacity may have changed. You feel more tired, overwhelmed or sensitive than you used to.
You don’t need to become who you used to be. You need to understand what has changed and learn how to create a sustainable life for the years ahead.
The bigger picture
You’ve tried things already. Yoga. Meditation. Supplements. Maybe energy healing. Each one helped a little, for a while. Then life took over again, and you were back where you started, and more tired of trying.
You didn’t do them wrong. When you’re sensitive, overwhelm shows up in your body, your thoughts, your energy and your cycle all at once, so one practice on its own rarely holds. We work with all of it, using small, simple practices that fit easily into your busy days.
Because your nervous system feels fried
Your jaw is tight, your shoulders are up by your ears, and every sound feels too loud. Through somatic practices, breathwork and nervous-system regulation, we look at what keeps your body on high alert and help it learn that it’s safe to come down. You leave with ways to calm yourself that are made for you, and that you’ll actually use when it all gets too much.
Listening to your body to release tension
Gentle body-based practices: noticing sensations, slow mindful movement and simple exercises to come back into your body. They help you feel where you hold tension and let some of it go. No experience or flexibility needed.
Understand what overloads you, and learn how to reset
Together, we look at what has made your nervous system so sensitive and on edge: your history, your daily triggers, your cycle. You learn to read your own early warning signs, and we build a reset plan that’s made for you, tested in your real life and adjusted as we go. Over time, your system learns it’s safe to settle.
Breathing that changes how you feel
Guided breathing techniques, chosen for what you need that day: to calm your system, or to release what you’ve been holding inside.
Coming back to the present
Guided mindfulness and body-awareness practices that train your attention to stay in the present moment. Over time, you notice stress, thoughts and sensations earlier, and can respond to them instead of being carried away by them.

Because you’re always the hardest on yourself
You say yes when you mean no, then lie awake criticising yourself for it. Through coaching, reflection and inner work, we look at where the people-pleasing and the harsh inner voice come from, what they’ve been protecting, and how to respond differently. Step by step, you practise something kinder, one compassionate moment at a time.
Clarity on what you really need
Guided conversations that help you get clear on what’s really going on, what you need and what you want to change. Together, we set realistic goals that fit your life, and I support you as you move towards them.
Putting words to what you carry
Writing prompts chosen for where you are right now. They help you process what you’ve been holding and see your patterns more clearly between our sessions.
Training your mind to notice what's good
When you’re exhausted, your mind tends to focus on what’s wrong. Simple, regular gratitude exercises gently shift that focus and support a calmer, more balanced outlook.
Understanding your feelings
Learning to recognise what you feel, what triggers it and what it’s asking for. Emotions stop catching you by surprise, and you can respond with more compassion, including towards yourself.
Guided imagery
Guided visualisations that help you access a felt sense of safety, calm and inner strength, which you can return to whenever you need it.
Meeting your younger self
A gentle, safe exploration of earlier experiences and beliefs that still shape how you treat yourself today, so you can meet old wounds with understanding rather than criticism.
Breaking old habits
People-pleasing, perfectionism, pushing through exhaustion. We identify the patterns that keep you stuck, understand what they’ve been protecting, and practise new responses in real situations.

Because you feel drained, or sense more than you can explain
Some days you feel flat and empty for no clear reason. Other days you pick up on things before anyone says a word. As a sensitive woman, you absorb a lot, and your energy pays the price. Through energy work, meditation and sound, we look at where your energy is being drained, help you release what isn’t yours to carry, and build ways to protect your energy and trust your intuition. You don’t have to believe in energy. Just notice how you feel afterwards.
Understanding where your energy is blocked
Using the seven chakras as a framework to explore what’s happening in your body, emotions and inner life, and where your energy feels blocked or depleted.
Releasing what your body has been holding
A body-based energy therapy I trained in, adapted to you and always at your comfort level. It supports you in releasing what you’ve been holding and finding a sense of inner balance again.
Letting your body lead
My own approach, using music, breath and spontaneous movement. Your thinking mind gets a rest, so your body can release and recharge.
Reconnecting with your body as a woman
Gentle meditation, breath and visualisation focused on the womb space, to explore your relationship with your body, your femininity and your cycle.
Calming a busy mind
Stillness, repetition and sound to calm mental noise and deepen your connection with yourself, always chosen and adapted to what feels right for you.

Because your cycle runs your month
Close to your period you feel more anxious, overwhelmed, close to tears or strangely alone. Then it lifts, and you blame yourself for overreacting. Many sensitive women feel their hormonal shifts strongly. Together, we track your cycle, look at how your hormones connect to your energy, mood and stress, and turn what you notice into a clear picture of your own rhythm. You learn to listen to your body’s wisdom, plan your month around it, and know when it’s time to take a deeper look with your doctor.
Seeing your own pattern
We set up a simple way to track your period, mood, energy and sleep, and review it together. After a few months, you can see your own pattern clearly.
Understanding each phase of your cycle
Understanding what happens in each phase of your cycle and how your hormones can affect your energy, mood and needs, explained clearly and linked to your own experience.
A monthly rhythm for reflection
Using the moon’s phases as a rhythm for journaling and checking in with yourself. Your cycle doesn’t need to match the moon for this to be meaningful.
Working with your energy, not against it
Using what you learn about your cycle to plan work, social life, movement and rest around your energy, instead of pushing against it.
Knowing when to see a doctor
Clear, evidence-informed information about menstrual and hormonal health, so you understand your body better and know when it’s time to seek medical advice.

How we work together
Four simple steps, at your pace.
01
We get to know each other a little. You can share what’s on your heart, ask anything you’re wondering, and take your time to feel whether this is right for you.
02
Before we begin, I’ll send you a short, simple form about your health and a few practical details. It only takes about five minutes, and it helps me take good care of you.
03
If you choose a pack, our first session is a little longer, 90 minutes, so we can take our time. Gently, we look at what’s happening in your body, mind, energy and cycle, and you leave with one or two small things that help straight away.
04
Each 1-hour session begins with a gentle check-in on how you’re feeling that day. We go at your pace and build on what helps, little by little. (A single session focuses on the one thing you’d most like support with right now.)
A one-minute pause
You’ve been reading for a while. Follow the circle: breathe in as it grows, out as it softens. After a few rounds, notice your shoulders. Are they a little lower than when you started?
If anything feels uncomfortable, simply return to your natural breath.
Real-life moments
The noise, the mess, one more question, and you’re about to cry or shout. We find ways to lower the overload and calm down that work in your real day.
It’s 4pm and you realise you haven’t eaten or had water. We practise noticing what your body needs before it has to shout.
You snap at someone you love, then spend the evening criticising yourself for it. We get curious about both, kindly.
You woke up feeling better. By lunchtime, you’d given that energy away to three other people. We learn to protect your good days, so they stop paying for the hard ones.
Your period arrives, and suddenly you’re taking back every feeling you had this week. Or you live with endometriosis, PCOS or strong PMS, and it affects every part of your month. Alongside your medical care, we help you understand your pattern and support your body, energy and emotions.
You’ve moved, changed jobs, become a mother, gone through a breakup, or lost someone you love. It left you drained, and you’re not sure who you are in this new chapter. We make sense of what’s changed, and find your next step, gently.
These sessions support your well-being. They don’t replace a doctor, therapist or medical treatment, and I can’t promise specific results. If you have a health concern, please see a qualified professional. Holistic sessions can sit alongside that care.
Let’s connect. We’ll have a gentle chat about what’s going on for you, and see together if I can help.
