What can you expect during an InnerK Energy Activa What can you expect during an InnerK Energy Activation? ✨
(aka Kundalini Energy / Life Force Energy Activation)

It’s one of the questions I get asked the most before someone books.

Especially before a first session, there can be a mix of curiosity and apprehension. That’s completely normal.

What’s going to happen? Will I feel something? What’s going to come up for me?

So here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at how an InnerK session unfolds ✨

1️⃣ We take time to arrive, I explain you how the session will unfold and answer all your questions. 

2️⃣ Then we open the space. We slow down, decompress and transition from the outside world into the body through somatic activation, movement, grounding and breathwork. It’s the moment to release the weight of the day, work, traffic, kids, everyday stress 🙏 

3️⃣ From there, we move through guided visualisation and slowly enter the activation ✨

You will be supported by a music playlist (that usually lasts 1h). You lie down on the mat, close your eyes, relax, observe and welcome whatever arises. 
You may feel a lot. You may experience something very subtle. Your mind might wander to your to-do list. You may move, stay completely still, feel tingling, warmth, pulsations or other sensations.
I can use instruments, intuitive touch (with your consent) and light language.

4️⃣ After the activation, we take time to slowly reintegrate before coming back together for a group sharing. I also guide you on how to best support and take care of yourself in the hours and days following the session.

And then... you step back into your life ✨

Maybe lighter. Maybe emotional. Maybe energised. Maybe deeply calm. Maybe simply curious about what just happened 🙃

Most people try to calm anxiety by controlling their thoughts… but your body doesn’t work that way.

At first, it might feel a little weird.
Humming? Really?

But once you try it… you’ll feel the shift.

You’ve been reacting this way since childhood. An You’ve been reacting this way since childhood.

And it’s not your fault.

When you grew up in a home where things felt unpredictable, where you had to walk on eggshells, stay small, or be “the good one”, your body found a way to cope.

It picked a survival response.

Maybe you learned to fight, to push back before anyone could hurt you.
